4. Listing Approval and Removal

All listings are subject to approval before being published. Approval is not guaranteed.

A published listing will remain active until:

• You request its removal, or
• We determine it violates our Terms or is no longer accurate.

If you request deletion of a listing, it will be removed within 30 days of your approved request. This period allows us to close any active enquiries connected to that listing. During this time, the listing may remain visible on the website.

We reserve the right to remove any listing immediately and without notice if it is found to be fraudulent, harmful, or in serious violation of these Terms.

5. Contact Form and Enquiries

• The real-time legal status or title of third-party properties.
• The immediate availability of a third-party property at the exact time of enquiry.

We strongly encourage you to utilize our professional consultation services and conduct proper due diligence before finalizing any third-party property transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability
